He is survived by: his wife Shelley; his children, Alicia, Jeremy (Anne), Nathaniel "Bryan", Heather (Mike) and Jeff (Shannon); his grandchildren, Sammy (Anne-Marie), Evana, Ella, Holden, Caroline, Amellia, Vanessa, Natalie, Oliver and Jane; his great grandchildren, Katerina and Sophia; and his siblings, Brian, Donald and Sheila. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Nathan's honor to support the community mission he loved.
