He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Robinson and Mary Sue Howell Robinson; his wife Carolyn Kay Hillyard; his in-laws, W. C. and Mammie Hillyard; and his brother Gale Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Robinson of Bernie, Missouri and Tonya Lyons (Dennis) of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; his grandchildren, Holden Robinson, Christie Wright (Ethan), Craig Salsman (Mariah) and Greg Lyons; his great grandchildren, Anasten, Gabriel, Liam, Emmalyn, Walker and Caulder; his sister Doris Turner of Bernie, Missouri; his sister-in-law Marlin Durham (Virginia Joiner) of Bernie; and his close friend Brenda Mcroy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home - Bernie (113 W Crumb Ave, Bernie, MO 63822). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
