He was predeceased by : his parents, Grover Hoyle and Lillian Hoyle (Ramsbottom); his grandson Patrick McBroom; and his brother Don Hoyle. He is survived by : his wife May Hoyle of Bethany, MO; and his children, Grover Hoyle of Cedar Rapids, IA, Laura Hoyle of Gallatin, MO, Brent Hoyle of Shannon City, IA and Jennifer White (Donald) of Lamar, MO. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Children's Mercy Hospital Cancer Center in care of the funeral home.
