He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell "Pete" Magee and Bernice Grace Magee (Cottrill); his wife Rosalea Lawrence; his parents-in-law, Earnest and Leah Lawrence; his brother Bill Magee; and his niece Kathy Magee.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Lawrence of Bethany and Brenda Gabriel; his grandchildren, Stevie Sterkis (Travis) and Braxton Magee (Bethany); his sister Betty Nicholls (Kent); his sister-in-law Bonnie Magee (Bethany); and his great grandchildren, Ashley McCartney (Connor), Hailey Sterkis, Evan, Jordyn, Whitney and Kaylyn Sterkis. He is also survived by nieces and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberson Funeral Home (1107 S 25th St, Bethany, MO 64424). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
