He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bell and Donna Bell (Reid); his brothers, John Bell and Howard Joseph; and his brother-in-law Lloyd Hockensmith.
He is survived by: his sisters, Anita Bell, Catherine Bell, Mary Alice Bell (Kevin Watkins), Janet Hillman (Larry Hillman) and Carolyn Bell-Fox (Sean Fox); and his sister-in-law Lynn Bell. He is also survived by two nieces; four nephews; three great nieces; a great nephew; and his many friends.
