He is survived by: his father Mike O'Neal; his son Tyler; his daughter-in-law Katie O'Neal; his daughter Taylor O'Neal; his significant other Lara McCarthy; his significant other's child Kenzie; his pet Milk; his sisters, Lisa Leonard (O'Neal), Julie Nichols and Johnnie Shaffer; and his cousin Brian "Cabby" O'Neal. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and friends.
