He is survived by: his father Jim Shipers of Bethany, MO; his girlfriend Pam Gannan of St. Joseph, MO; his sisters, DaLana Neeley (Darrell) of Brookfield, MO and Cindy Hunter (Mark) of Bethany, MO.; and his children, Chris (Nichi), Matt (Ali), Jordan (Rachel), Seth, Kylea, Kate, Emily, Carter and Abigail. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
