He was predeceased by: his mothers, Alma Hall and Gertie Hall; his wife Patsy Ann Provin of Ridgeway, MO; his brother Bill; his siblings-in-law, Wilma Hall, Gene Provin and Ellen Provin; his grandson Scott Hall; and his great grandchild Eli Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Terry (Chris) of Bethany, MO, Debbie Vandivert (Charles) of Springfield, MO and Gary (Kathy) of Bethany; and his grandchildren, Sarah Simmerman, Kimberly Baker, David Hall, Beth Taylor, Amy Matz, Craig Vandivert, Garrett Hall and Delissa Hall.
