She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd LeRoy Moore and Erma G. Moore; and her spouse Mel Rowland. She is survived by: her children, Robert Lee Babb II and Kara Beth Babb (Robin); her grandsons, Jordan Andrew Babb (Alison), Joshua Adam Babb and Jacob Alexander Babb (Maddie); and her great grandchild Isabelle Louise Babb. She is also survived by family and many cousins that she adored and considered siblings.
