He was predeceased by : his father Richard Hillyard (Dick); and his grandparents, Garland, Rhoda Gard, Lloyd and Beryl Hillyard.
He is survived by : his mother Rosetta June Hillyard (Gard); his wife Peggy Starmer; his father-in-law Jimmie Starmer; his son Jarod; his siblings, Randy (Carla), Becky (Mark Wiley) and Debby Woodring (Jim); his mother-in-law Viola Starmer; his brothers-in-law, Alan (Patricia Starmer) and Ken (Julie Starmer); and his pet Hazel. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, family, friends, co-workers.
In Lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Harrison County Cancer Transportation Fund.
