He is survived by: his children, Ricky Lane Booth Bethany (Robin) and Patricia Lynn Ellis (Jeremy); his grandsons, Caleb Lane Booth (Hanna) of Ravenwood, MO, Mason Lee Booth and Jeremy Wyatt Ellis (Karlie) of Cameron, MO; his siblings, Peggy Anderson, Iva Polley, Eva Lucas, William Booth (Shari) and Jack Booth; and his siblings-in-law, Zoe Scott, Marcia Booth and Larry Boothe (Dorothy) of Ankeny, IA. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
