He is survived by: his sons, Tandy (Sharla) of Bethel, MO, Dale (Sonja) of Bethel, MO, Kerry of Kirksville, MO, Kelvin (Judy) of King City, MO and Darren of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Clayton Hawkins, Daysi McIntire (Zachary), Mindi Hawkins, Sarah Kawada (Christopher), Bryan Hawkins, Aaron Hawkins, Alexander Hoch and Claire Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Jack, Kolohe Kawada, Emma and Katie McIntire; his sister Mary Jo Perrigo (Dean) of Mason, Ohio; and his sister-in-law Donna Hawkins of Albuquerque, NM. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Christian Campus House (Columbia, MO), Bethel Christian Church, or Shiloh Cemetery.
