He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Livingston and Gladys Livingston (Stiles); his siblings, Thelma Louise Allen and Clyde Livingston; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Livingston, Donald Cross and James Allen.
He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn "Jeanie" Houpt; his children, Brenda Coffelt of Forsyth, MO, Brandon Livingston (Zenia) of Nashville, GA, Tony Houpt (Tammy) of Huntsville, MO, Gayla Duncan of Moberly, MO and Anna Smith (Rick) of Excello, MO; his brother Kenny Livingston of Macon, MO; his grandchildren, Kasey Delcour (Adam), Bailey Coffelt, Chaelyn Davis (Dallas), Tristin Livingston (Diana), Meghan Livingston, Cecily Livingston, Logan Livingston, Emily Shipman, Dalton Green (Makenzie), Trevor Green (Anna), Braydon Duncan, Zach Smith (Katelyn) and Natalie Basler (Deric); and his sister-in-law Roberta "Bertie" Livingston. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
The family suggests memorials to the Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
