She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Pfitzinger and Clara Pfitzinger (Meyer). She is survived by: her husband Joel Adams; her children, Pamela Bednarek (Chris) of Woodstock, IL, Cheryl Kurth (Jeff) of Delray Beach, FL, Craig Holmes (Kate) of Forsythe, MO and Keith Holmes (Tammy) of DeForest, WI; her stepchildren, Robert Adams (Terry) of St. Charles, IL, James Adams (Heidi) of Windsor, CO and Theresa Adams of Camdenton, MO; and her brother Arthur Pfitzinger (Carol) of Hartford, WI. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the St. Charles Cemetery.
