She is survived by: her grandchild Randie McEntire of Springfield, MO; her great grandchildren, Brandon and Wyatt; her grandson Phillip Spoon of Springfield, MO; her great grandchildren, Lindsey and Andrew; her granddaughter Melanie Spoon of Melbourne, IA; her children, Ethan, Brenan and Steven Spoon (Cary) of Ames, IA; her granddaughters, Zoey and Madelyn; her sisters, Patty Renshaw and June Glass; and her sister-in-law Mary Brown.
