She was predeceased by: her husband William Leonard Lehman. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Hagen (David Hagen) of Venice and Debbie Harald (Richard Harald) of Billings, Missouri.; her grandsons, Christopher Lee Hagen of Port Charlotte, Andrew Lee Hagen of Port Charlotte and Bradley Neil Parkins; her great grandchildren, Amy Hagen, Jessica Hagen Scott and Breana Parkins; and her great great grandchildren, Arthur, William and Ellie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Republic or to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
