He is survived by: his sons, Mike Smith (Erin) and Jimmy Smith (Shannon); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Smith, Lane Smith (Danielle), Trenton Portell and Troy Smith; his great grandchild Finn Smith; his siblings, Linda Gilliam and Paul Smith; and his close friend Elizabeth "Liz" Ford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
