He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fayne Hall, Sr. and Iva Cora Hall (Jordan); and his daughter Kathy Hall. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Wesley Hall, Jr., Karen Hall, Ryan Hall and Tyler Hall; and his siblings, Frank Hall, Andrew Hall and Pat Coomer.
