He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Williams and Joy Williams; his wife Virginia Williams; his daughter Sue Loeffelman; his son-in-law Dan Loeffelman; his grandchildren, R. Kyle Willey and Jesse Loeffelman; and his sisters, Betty Vaughn and Jerry Benefiel.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Williams and Robert Williams (Stephanie); and his sister JoElla Beegle. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
