He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Thomas Foose and Adell Cartee Foose; his son Timothy Foose; and his siblings, Diane Taylor and Steve Foose.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Kercher; his sons, Tony Foose (Rhonda) of Odessa and David Foose (Laura) of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Daniel Foose (Carina), Sara Foose and Elizabeth Foose; his great grandchildren, Waylon and Fallon Foose; and his siblings, Jim Foose (Kay) of Higginsville and Vickie Foose of Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
