She was predeceased by: her parents, Drs J Miller and Esther E. Forcade; her sister Virginia McClain (Gary); and her son-in-law Timothy Kjellgren. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Kjellgren and Ellen Hawley; and her sister Dorcas Brock of Austin Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
