He is survived by: his stepmother Faye Bugger of Highland, Ill; his wife Janice; his sons, Devin Bugger of Bland and Damian Bugger of Bland; and his siblings, Leroy Bugger (Debbie) of Lehigh Acres, Fla, Kenny Wise (Cari) of Columbia, David Wise (BJ) of Saint Louis, Margie Shanks of St. Jacob, Debbie Sobiech Hoff (Darrel) of Highland, Martha Faneher of Greenville and Ruth Holzinges (Donnie) of Highland, Ill.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
