She is survived by: her children, Timothy Earl Wade (Becky) of Blodgett, Mary Anne Harbin (Kenneth) of Paducah and Aaron Rice Wade (Kelly) of Blodgett; her grandchildren, Taylor Harbin (Courtney), Jordan Harbin (Holly), Blake Wade (Madalyn), Katherine Anne Fraire (Diego) and Britton Wade (Laura Martinez); her great grandchildren, Luella Wade and Samuel Harbin; and her caregivers, Bonita, Candy, Regina and Nykkoel. She is also survived by her family, friends.
