She is survived by: her children, Bobby Welch of Puxico, Missouri and Lisa Welch of Bloomfield, Missouri; her brothers, Larry Cook of Bloomfield and Ed Adams of Malden, Missouri; her grandchildren, Ronnie Wells, Levi Zook and Kelley Welch; and her great grandchildren, Ryder Wells and Wyatt Wells.
