She was predeceased by : her father Miles Allison; and her siblings, George, Leonard, Austin, Arthur, Frankie, Billy, Chucky, Bobby Jo, John, Mary, Charlotte, Grace and Glenda.

She is survived by : her significant other Darrell Slinkard; her children, Wanda, Michael, Cheryl and Renee; her grandchildren, Samantha, Sarah, Johnna, Dylan and Jonathan; her great grandchildren, Landon, Jaden, Allison, Adelin and Wilson; and her children, Darlene, Jeannie, Michelle, Teddy, Jimmy and Justin. She is also survived by friends and family.

“I’m sorry to learn of Opal’s passing. I missed her at the Fox family reunions for a few years now & our conversations about our Fox history. Opal’s mother, Maudie Fox Allison (03 Mar 1915-17 Nov 2009-aged 94) and my mom Mary Fox Aubuchon (22 Feb 1919-30 Jul 2021 (aged 102); 1st cousins, enjoyed visiting each other - all the family whenever possible; they grew up near each other as children at Lost Creek, Old Chaonia, MO. Opal seemed to cherish her mother and mine as well. Rest in peace Opal.”
