He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Haddad and Vera Haddad. He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Phillips of Blue Eye and Patricia Davis of Springfield; his niece Traci Harms; and his nephews, Michael Phillips, David Turner and Howard Turner. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and many friends.
