He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathew and Esther (Ennis); his wife Winifred Lois King; his siblings, Gene, Alene, Mildred, Ruby and Marion; and his granddaughter Melissa Judd.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Porter (Rodney) of Blue Springs, MO, Bill Jones (Jonna) of Azle, TX, Jimmy Jones of Independence, MO, Mark Jones (Mary Kay) of Lee's Summit, MO, Bruce Jones (Joan) of Smithville, MO, Winona Deiter (Andy) of Lawrence, KS and Shelly Heggs (Steve) of Lee's Summit, MO; his foster daughters, Sharon Argall, Virginia Masoner and Tracy Stout; and his sister Phyllis Griffin of Siloam Springs, AR.. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Good Shepherd Christian Church, 111 S.W. Woods Chapel Rd, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
