It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billee Lou Herndon (Blue Springs, Missouri), who passed away on January 29, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Rigg (Clark) and Louis Rigg; her husband Bruce; and her daughter Libby. She is survived by: her brother Jim Rigg; her children, Tom Herndon (Cathy), David Herndon (Marjorie) and Kathy Morgason (Bill); and her grandchildren, Todd Morgason, Traci Jensen (Matt), Nisha Gaffney (Michael), TJ Herndon (Jennifer) and Tyler Herndon (Christina).
