She is survived by: her husband Bob Chumley of Blue Springs, MO; her daughters, Kimberly Harris (Russel) of Lee's Summit, MO and Kristen Jaques (Thomas) of Cambridge, MA; her grandchildren, Grayson Harris, Connor Harris, Dylan Jaques and Romy Jaques; and her siblings, Cindy Waschek (Bob) of Cedar Falls, IA and Doug Otto (Lori) of Iowa Falls, IA..
