He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Hayes and Robert Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hayes; and his siblings, Kim Scherer and Robert Hayes. He is also survived by three nieces, two nephews, four great-nieces, two great-nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
