He is survived by: his mother Vivian Hoffman (Hutchinson) of Blue Springs, MO; his wife April Hoffman of Lone Jack, MO; his children, Kelsey Hoffman of Blue Springs, MO, Drake Hoffman of Blue Springs, MO and Marissa Coultas of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Ella Hoffman and Boston Hoffman; and his siblings, Kyle Hoffman (Tiffney) of Lee's Summit, MO, Tanya Harper (Butch) of Austin, AR and Edwin Hoffman of Minneapolis, MN. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews, 3 great nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Doug Hoffman Sports Memorial fund, 2550 S. State Route 291 Independence MO 64057.
