She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerard Tomera and Florence Tomera (Przybylski); her husband Robert Bates; and her son Daniel G. Bates. She is survived by: her son Aaron C. Bates (Elizabeth) of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, Sarah Anne Bates of Las Vegas, NV and Nickolas Aaron Bates of Las Vegas, NV; and her sister Cathy Daly of Kansas City, MO.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St John LaLande Catholic Church or Wayside Waifs.
