He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Wiley and Marjorie Wiley (McQuerry); his wife Wanda Boone; his children, Mark Wiley (Lisa) and Brooke Masters (Randy); his sister Dixie Sanders; his grandchildren, Dana Newell (Cody), Amber Clark (Ian), Raven Wiley, Krystal Kiper (Jeremy), Cody and Tanner Masters; and his great grandchildren, Zoey and Jacob Kiper. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
