It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Marie (Turowski) Burgess of Blue Springs, Missouri, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Turowski and Maria Turowski (Majstruk); her brother Stanley Turowski; and her brother-in-law Edward Zebrowski. She is survived by: her sisters, Henrietta McCluhan (Daryl), Teresa Zebrowski and Michelle Cutler; her children, Sherry Burgess-White, Jeanna Green (Mark) and James Burgess (Karen); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Marquez (Isaac), Brandon Green (Miranda) and Aaron Burgess. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church (4313 MO-7, Blue Springs, MO 64014).
