She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie N. Lewis Jr.; and her parents, Harold Pellow and Thelma Pellow. She is also survived by family, including her 2 children, 5 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild, 8 great-grandchildren, 3 step-great-grandchildren, and her brother.
