He is survived by: his friend Rick Welsch; his wife Annette Murray of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his children, Amy Jonelle Carter (Shaun) of Independence, Missouri, Jordan May Murray of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Cole James Murray of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his grandchildren, Noel and Hudson Carter; and his brother Steve Murray (Beverly) of Weatherby Lake, Missouri. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
