She is survived by: her son Christian Lisak of Philadelphia, PA; her granddaughter Ellery Lisak of Philadelphia, PA; her sisters, Laura Osteen of Chesapeake, VA and Terri Walker of Blue Springs, MO; and her nieces and nephews, Robert, Dennis Legac of Indiana, Rebecca Legac of Indiana, Christina of Virginia and Michele of Missouri.
