She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lowe and Mildred Lowe (Haynes); her husband Raymond G. Vasquez; her children, Jennifer Vasquez and Christopher Vasquez; and her siblings, Virginia Borba, Sue Rende, Douglas Lowe and Robert Lowe.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Vasquez (Janell); her grandchildren, Christopher Vasquez (Emma), Zachary Vasquez and Corban Vasquez; and her sisters, Cynthia Matthews and Patricia Burghardt.
