He was predeceased by: his father Clay Jr. Swope; and his brother Thomas Swope. He is survived by: his mother Donna Swope (Culbertson) of Blue Springs, MO; his daughters, Sarah Cummings (Caleb) of Grain Valley, MO and Jessica Towles (Taylor) of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Robert, Rowen, Charlee, Malcolm and Oliver; and his brother Todd Swope of Blue Springs, MO. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the donor's choice.
