She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Zephaniah and Edith Jane LaFollette Smith; her husband Jack; her brother Wayne Smith; and her daughter Jennifer Padley.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Padley (Janice) of Blackburn, Jeff Padley (Michelle) of Buckner, Missouri and Janet Padley (Tricia); her grandchildren, Grady Short (Tabitha), Megan Leap (Brodie), Graham Padley (Amanda), Josh Padley (Emily), Elizabeth Padley, Brad Padley, Rae Padley (Richard Harrington) and Geni Wier; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Wade, Gabe, Kennedy, Rhett, Owen, Addi and Regan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (1301 N Orange St, Butler, MO 64730). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
