He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bell Phillips and Alma Rueter Phillips; his wife Charlotte; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his brother Ted; his children, Tammy Bopp (Kyle) of Jefferson City, Mike Phillips (Holly) of Odessa and Stephen Phillips (Zoe) of Blue Springs; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Savannah (Alec), Alivia (Tanner), Lydia, Ethan and Lauren; and his stepgrandchildren, Zavia and Zohn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Phillips Family Scholarship at the University of Central Missouri Foundation, which may be left at the funeral home.
