“Steve & Entire Family: Ruth was such a beautiful soul who loved Steve very much and it showed. I was very fortunate to meet Ruth at various KCS Railroad functions. I worked with Steve at KCS who I enjoyed working with. Steve is a man of integrity who loved his wife very much and it showed. May God wrap his love and arms all around each of you during this time.
