He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Schapker. He is survived by: his parents, Fred Buchanan of Papillon, NE and Sharon Buchanan of Blue Springs, MO; his daughter Katie Fuhs (Jake) of Omaha, NE; and his grandson Callahan Fuhs of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
