She is survived by: her mother Alice Stomboly (Weisz) of Blue Springs, MO; her son Jason Jerde of Independence, MO; her brother Eric Stomboly of Blue Springs, MO; and her niece Kylie Stomboly of Blue Springs, MO..
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
