He was predeceased by: his parents, John Morehead and Jacqueline Morehead (Evans). He is survived by: his wife Melissa Phillips; his daughters, Ashley Erickson (Nicholas) of Austin and Lindsey Warren (John-Kelly) of Tulsa, Okla.; his grandchildren, Finnegan, Rhys Erickson, Sloane and Whitaker Warren; and his siblings, Kelly Morehead (Laura), Jim Morehead (Michelle), Tim Morehead, Carol Jenkins (Richard) and David Morehead.
