He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Sr. Polk and Frances Polk (Walker); his wife Bobadel Polk; and his grandson Zachary. He is survived by: his children, Robin Polk (Tonya) of Stillwell, KS, Jeff Polk (Brenda) of Spring Hill, KS and Todd Polk (Jennifer) of Ozark, MO; and his grandchildren, Nicolas, Brandon, Danielle, Katelyn, Morgan, Dustin, Dalton, Rylee, Jackson, Logan and Drew. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
