She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Bailey and Julia Bailey (Norton); and her siblings, Don and Mame. She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Hepner; and her children, Doug Hepner (Laurie), Dave Hepner (Juli) and Diana Moore (Tim). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meyers Northland Funeral Chapel (401 Main St, Parkville, MO 64152). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the same location.
