He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Kay Boin; and his parents, John E. Green and Vivian Green (Hawn). He is survived by: his children, Conway Leslie Hawn (Heather) and Cheryl Lynn Thompson (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Clifford Hawn, Christian Hawn and Gaige Coleman.
