He was predeceased by: his father Jack Householder; and his sister Diane Swindle. He is survived by: his mother Valerie Householder (Chapman) of Bolivar; his wife Cheryl Householder of Springfield; his son Randall Owen Householder of Jonesboro, AR; his siblings, Duane Householder of Boise, ID and Debbie Strutton of Hartville; and his aunt Vivaleene Rush of Michigan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
