She was predeceased by: her father Francis "Rusty" Levendusky. She is survived by: her pet Miah; her mother Clara "Rosie" Levendusky; her siblings, Cindy Schroder (Mark) and David Levendusky (Debi); her children, Sean Lane (Julissa), Eric Lane (Tawny) and Brittney Lane (Daniel); her grandchildren, Scarlett, Erica, Josephine, Aiden and Baby Boy Lane; and her former husbands, Noah Lane and Dorsey Lunn.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance in her name.
